What we collect
Information you give us
When you send a question through the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you type. We use them only to reply to you. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that the submission comes from a person; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check. Messages are delivered through Formspree, a form processing service, which stores them so we can read them.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choices. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and they help us understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can change your choice at any time using Manage cookies in the footer. Revoking consent removes the analytics cookies this site set.
Information we do not collect
This website does not take bookings, payments or gift card orders itself and never sees card details. Those happen on GlossGenius when you follow a Book, Buy or Continue link. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and may set its own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics settings of the account.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. The service providers named above (Google, Formspree, GlossGenius) process data on their own terms when you use those features.
Your choices
- Decline analytics cookies in the banner, or change your choice later in the footer.
- Ask us to delete a message you sent through the contact form.
- Use the GlossGenius booking site directly if you prefer not to use this website.
